Hallie Sands is a watercolor artist and stationery designer based in Dallas, Texas. She uses playful color palettes and whimsical brushstrokes to emanate joy in her artwork. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Studio Art in 2022, she created Prosecco Paper and began her dream of creating art full time.
